A PRACTICAL PATH FOR EVERYDAY WORK

Less “what do I ask?”
More “I can use this.”

Six short labs. Six useful work outputs.
A repeatable way to work with AI—without handing over your judgement.

For people who write updates, organise information and help others make decisions. Use your own AI chat tool; check your organisation’s rules before using work information. Tool access and usage limits vary.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST TRY · 3 MINUTES

You bring the judgement.
AI helps with the draft.

  1. Open an AI tool you are allowed to use and a notes or document app.
  2. Start with our fictional samples. Don’t upload confidential material.
  3. Try the task, then compare your output with the checks and worked example.
  4. Save the result and template. Practise once on a different case.

If a tool refuses a task or hits a usage limit, save your work and resume later. No outcome depends on buying a subscription.

MAKE THE SKILL YOURS

A new situation.
No starter prompt.

Try a 20-minute independent challenge after the six short labs. Then repeat one workflow on a permitted real task this week.

Take the independent challenge ↗

A few things worth knowing.

Do I need experience with AI?

No. You need to be able to open a chat tool, paste text and save a document. The first lab walks through the process.

Is this a video course?

This first path is written, hands-on practice with original examples and reusable templates. There are no required videos or lectures.

How long will it take?

Allow about 80 minutes for the six core labs, plus a short setup, independent practice and the optional 20-minute final challenge. The estimates are guidance, not measured guarantees. Split the path across days.

Can I use this at work?

Learn with the fictional samples first. For real work, use tools and information your organisation permits. Review the facts and obtain any required approvals before sharing or acting.

Will I earn a certification?

No. Completion records your own activity, not an independently assessed qualification. Your strongest evidence is a useful output and the ability to repeat the method on a new task.

Where does my work go?

You save the work in your chosen document app. Sposable stores checkmarks and reflections only in this browser. No learner account or external tracking script is required.
