FICTIONAL TRIAL NOTES — HARBOR WORKSPACE
P1. A welcome-sheet trial ran at the front desk for two weeks.
P2. Six participating new members tried finding the booking guide using the sheet; five found it without asking staff, one asked for help.
P3. The six participants were a convenience sample; there was no baseline or comparison group.
P4. Two participants said the link text was too small.
P5. Printing cost 18 euros. Staff time was not measured.
P6. Proposal: make the link text larger and run another small trial. Not approved yet.
P7. Audience: the manager deciding whether to approve a second trial. Do not ask for permanent rollout.
